Creator and long-time operator, Paul is now semi-retired and serves as a consultant, sharing his knowledge and expertise with the new (and younger) music professionals that operate South Coast Music Festivals.

Paul is a 30 year educator who has been a part of South Coast Music Festivals since 1989, when he went as a high school student. Since then, he has traveled with high school and college groups and worked at the festival as a band and orchestra judge. Paul is excited to continue the festival so that the next generation of students have the same wonderful experience he did.
